​2012-13 Season Re-Cap:
The Warhawks started out rough with 1-6 start, but rebounded nicely to finish 17-14.  The Warhawks took home the gold at the Hartford Duals going 5-0. They placed 3rd in the highly competitive North Shore Conference Tournament.  Eight wrestlers qualified through to the WIAA Sectionals (Tyler Colegrove 126, Nick Aldridge 138, Brandon Goesch 145, Tyler Palzkill 160, Tyler Baran 170, Hunter Valenta 182, Steven Asmondy 195, and Hunter Higginbotham 220).  Two Germantown wrestlers finished there season at the Kohl Center in Madison for the WIAA D1 State Tournament (Steven Asmondy 195 and Hunter Higginbotham 220).  The Warhawks will graduate several seniors who led the way this year.  The Warhawks will be very young next year. With a strong off season commitment, it should be a great season next year.

2011-12 Season Re-Cap:
The Warhawks added Jeff Gillen and Joe Dhein to the coaching staff at the high school level.  Jeff was a long-time head coach for the middle school and Joe was a former place-winner for Germantown.  Congrats to the Germantown Wrestling team on another outstanding season.  The Warhawks finished 2nd Place at 6-1 in the North Shore Conference Duals and 2nd place at the NSC Tournament with 6 finalists (Brandon Goesch 126, Tyler Palzkill 138, Danny Krause 152, Tyler Baran 160, Mike Knippen 195, & Hunter Higginbotham 220) and 3 champions (Brandon Goesch 126, Mike Knippen 195, & Hunter Higginbotham 220).  Eight wrestlers made it through to the WIAA Sectionals (Tyler Colegrove 113, Brandon Goesch 126, Tyler Palzkill 138, Danny Krause 152, Tyler Baran 160, Mike Knippen 195, Hunter Higginbotham 220, & Joe Zizzo 285).  Two Germantown Wrestlers finished their season qualifying for the WIAA State tournament at the Kohl Center in Madison (Danny Krause 152 & Hunter Higginbotham 220).

2010-11 Season Re-Cap:
Germantown had one of its best seasons in school history by finishing 11th overall in the division 1 WIAA individual state tournament by qualifying four individuals and crowning a state champion... a 4X WIAA state champ to be more specific.  Jesse Thielke (130) finished his career as a Warhawk with a overall record of 186-1, going down in history as the 2nd overall 4X WIAA state champion in division 1 history and only the 11th overall in the state.  Joe Multerer (285) finished his career in Madison for the second consecutive year.  Danny Krause (152) and Cody Szohr (119) also qualified for the WIAA State tournament in Madison.  The Warhawks overall finished 2nd in conference behind Port Washington (10th place in the WIAA individual state tournament) with a 6-1 NSC record.

2009-10 Season Re-Cap:
Germantown was in coaching transitions this season.  The new coaching staff of Casey Gabrielson, Andy Helm, Clayton Neske, and Mike Krause took over a very talented group of wrestlers.  The season was highlighted by Jesse Thielke's (125) 3rd WIAA state championship run.  Joe Multerer (285) joined Jesse Thielke at the WIAA state tournament as well.  The Warhawks finished 2nd behind state powerhouse Port Washington in the NSC with a 6-1 record.  The Warhawks graduated several key guys that will be missed such as Eric Bloedorn, Brandon Tsoumas, Cody Falls, Jordan Wong and more.
